Baklanova was a Senior Financial Analyst at the Office of Financial Research, Department of the Treasury. Prior to joining the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, Ms.
She led credit risk oversight of non-bank counterparties in the Federal Reserve’s market operations. In this role, she provided expert guidance on financial, operational, accounting, and legal principles related to money market funds.
Baklanova comes to the SEC from the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, where she was a Counterparty Risk Senior Associate. The Securities and Exchange Commission today announced that Viktoria Baklanova has joined the agency as a Senior Financial Analyst in the Analytics Office’s Industry Specialist Unit.
